Individual Therapy

It’s common to feel overwhelmed by the pressures and expectations placed on us—both by others and ourselves. You may be excelling in your career yet quietly struggling with anxiety, stress, or a sense of isolation. Individual therapy provides a supportive space to explore your inner world, gain clarity, and realign with your core values.

At the heart of my therapeutic approach is the belief that meaningful change occurs when we live authentically and intentionally. Together, we’ll identify barriers, cultivate self-compassion, and develop the mental tools needed to overcome challenges and lead a fulfilling life.

Therapy methods

I am clinically trained in and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT &ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy Interventions (DBT), adult attachment, and trauma-informed care. In our work together, I offer flexible options depending on the level of care needed.

For those interested in a deeper exploration of underlying patterns and root causes of distress, we can engage in longer-term, insight-oriented therapy.

Alternatively, if you seek to address specific concerns quickly, we can focus on short-term, solution-focused therapy, often lasting 3 to 10 sessions, aimed at developing actionable strategies to improve immediate challenges.
