Build Your Life, Career, Relationships, and Dreams Through Growth-focused Therapy
A San Francisco Bay Area therapist specializing in clinical care for what lives beneath the surface — therapy for complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
PurposeThere comes a point when the glue "holding it all together" starts to wear thin. As a licensed therapist in California, I work with women across backgrounds — Black, White, Brown, straight, queer — who are ready to stop letting the ghosts of the past shape their present and future.

Individual therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome: the ambitious woman, the overwhelmed woman, the stuck woman, and the uncertain woman. Together we'll work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the relationship challenges that are causing you suffering. Click below to learn more about the methods I use, including Attachment therapy, Behavioral therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Sometimes the most healing thing is realizing you are not alone in what you are carrying. Support groups offer a space to connect with other women who can hold space for you and offer perspectives that may be new or different. Group work can deepen self-awareness, reduce isolation, and remind you that your experiences are valid — and that growth is possible in community.
Support groups are coming soon. If you'd like to be notified when a group launches, reach out and I'll add you to the list.

The way we think shapes the way we feel and the way we experience the world around us. I draw from three evidence-based approaches, in addition to Attachment and Trauma interventions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) CBT helps you identify the thought patterns that fuel anxiety, self-doubt, and low mood. It's practical, research-backed, and one of the most effective tools for people who have a specific present-day issue they want to address — such as recently triggered depression or anxiety.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) DBT builds skills for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and replacing unhelpful coping strategies with ones that actually work. It's especially helpful for women who experience intense emotions that feel out of proportion to the moment, or that negatively impact their relationships — DBT helps us respond rather than react.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ACT blends CBT and mindfulness to help you stop avoiding or pushing away your inner experiences. Instead of trying to eliminate difficult thoughts and feelings, we learn to hold them differently — so they no longer keep you from moving forward. ACT helps us become more congruent with our values and psychologically flexible with ourselves.

If you've done therapy before and still feel something unresolved underneath, you're probably right. I provide a safe space to explore and validate what has happened to you. When you're ready, you'll have the confidence and tools to disrupt the patterns that have been running the show — and write your own life narrative moving forward.

Our earliest experiences create a foundation for how we see ourselves, the world, and the people in it. Attachment-informed therapy explores the emotional and nervous system blueprints behind people-pleasing, fear of intimacy, and imposter syndrome. Together, we'll work to shift from inherited survival strategies toward secure attachment.
