An Oakland Therapist That Gets It
I specialize in providing therapy for women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and ADHD.
There comes a point when “holding it all together” starts to feel heavy. When you’ve done what was supposed to make life meaningful — the career, the care for others, the constant self-improvement — yet still find yourself tired, anxious, or disconnected from the person you want to be.
I work with women across backgrounds — Black, White, Brown, straight, and queer — who are ready to reclaim their energy from anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and exhaustion. I help women rebuild trust with themselves, their bodies, and their stories, because emotional pain doesn’t show up the same for all of us — and it’s not distributed equally among us.
As a Black woman therapist, I understand what it means to carry complexity — to live in a world that asks for strength, and rarely offers the right kind of support. My work is trauma-informed, relational, culturally sensitive, and affirming. I believe in continuity of care and with your permission, I will work with your physician, psychiatrist, doula, OBGYN, or with spiritual practices so that you get holistic care. In therapy, all parts of you are welcome: the ambitious, the exhausted, the questioning, and the still-becoming.

Licensed Mental Health Therapist
With over 13 years specializing in helping women move from survival mode to feeling secure and grounded, I work with women facing life's challenges who often give everything to everyone else — losing themselves in the process.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach blends evidence-based techniques with genuine human connection. I draw from CBT, DBT, attachment therapy, and trauma-focused care — all within a relational and culturally aware framework. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether we meet in person in Oakland or online across California, I am want to support you in building the life and experiences you want. Let's begin the quietly brave work of healing. LEARN MORE

Authenticity
In our work together, you can bring all of yourself: the thoughtful parts, the tired ones, the uncertainty, and everything still becoming.
02
Relational Trust
Therapy with me offers a steady relationship rooted in honesty, mutual respect, and genuine care. We'll move at a pace feels right for you.
03
Choice
Therapy is about building self-trust—learning to set boundaries and live in alignment with what truly matters to you.
