My Approach
No matter your past, it is possible to change your present. Through our work together, you will gain a deeper understanding of what drives your thoughts and behaviors. We will uncover the roots of past experiences and use that awareness to help you understand who you are, what you want, and how to heal.
For over 12 years, I have worked with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-generation women in Oakland, Berkeley, and San Francisco. I support students, professionals, and parents in building the tools they need to live a life of strength and purpose.
