My fee reflects a commitment to providing highly specialized, evidence-based care that is also deeply rooted in a holistic and culturally-informed perspective. With advanced training in modalities like third wave cognitive behavioral therapies, ADHD interventions and trauma-informed care, I provide a clear, results-driven path forward. As a BIPOC therapist with years of experience working with ALL women, including those with LGBTQ+ and first 1.5 generation identities, I offer a unique level of understanding. I have invested in a secure online platform and a comfortable and safe in-person space in Oakland's Rockridge area to ensure your experience is both convenient and comfortable.
Individual Therapy
$180 per 50-minute session. Both in person therapy and online therapy are available. I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointment slots available each season.
I take a limited number of Optum/United Healthcare insurance clients (currently full). I do not accept any other insurances besides Optum/United Healthcare.
I provide superbills upon request for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your PPO insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage and reimbursement rates.
Groups

Under the law, health care providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for services. This is called a Good Faith Estimate. You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of the total expected cost of therapy services. This estimate will be provided in writing before your first scheduled session and is meant to help you anticipate and plan for the cost of your care. Please know that the actual cost may differ depending on the number of sessions you choose to attend and your individual needs. If your charges are $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute the bill. For more information, you can visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

When You’re Ready, I’m Here

We’ll talk, no pressure, and see if it feels like a fit.
